27. No chartered appraiser shall share his fees with another person unless responsibilities and services are also shared.
Where a chartered appraiser carries on professional activities within a joint-stock company, the fees and expenses relating to the professional services the chartered appraiser provided within and on behalf of the joint-stock company belong to the company, unless otherwise agreed.
